John Hollenbeck’s stellar small (vs his Large) ensemble take a 3-night residency in NY, making it clear why they are the most influential jazz ensemble on the international contemporary jazz scene.

The Claudia Quintet is returning to their vintage fivesome format after two years of incorporating piano and voice into their sound. CQ is working toward a new album and will premiere some of these new compositions for their CSC three-night stint.
